This Crestron software may incorporate, access, include or utilize software libraries or products not written by Crestron, but instead, provided by Third Parties (“Third Party Software”). Third Party Software may be subject to open source and third party licensing terms. The license terms associated with open source and Third Party Software require that Crestron acknowledges those third parties and third party licensing terms (“third Party Software Notices”). These Third Party Software Notices apply to all Crestron software development tools. Not all Crestron software development tools contain the same third-party software or portions thereof. These Third Party Software Notices and/or Additional Terms and Conditions are made a part of and incorporated by reference into Crestron’s “Software Development Tools License Agreement".
